About Us
Established in 1998, the Gympie Eight Ball Association supports an ever-increasing number of players in our local league where we run team fixtures out of various pubs and clubs around Gympie. These fixtures currently facilitate 12 teams of local people who all share a passion for our sport.
Each year we strive to provide our members with the opportunity to attend several events where they represent our club with pride. These include interclub challenges, graded rankers and 4 major Queensland state carnivals, as well as regional and state singles titles with competitors ages ranging from 8 years to 80 years and everywhere in between.
Junior Development
Our Junior Development program is run by one of our founding members, Vicki Gentry. Vicki has extensive experience in guiding our next generation of cue sports champions through the intricate and often frustrating world of eightball.
